12:00 pm  - Windmill City Festival: 
    Location: Batavia Riverwalk
 
 
 
8:00 am – 3:00 pm: 4 on 4 Football Tournament – Join the fun of Windmill City Festival by participating in the first WCF 4 on 4 football tournament. Teams will sign up based on what grade they will be entering in fall 2010. Teams are allowed up to five players on a team and must sign up as a team. No individual sign ups will be accepted. Forms can be filled out at the Batavia Park District. Trophies will be given to winning teams. Pre-registration is required, $40 fee per team. Location: Memorial Park
 
4:00 – 10:00 pm: Carnival Location: Houston Street
 
4:00 – 11:00 pm: Beer Garden Open
 
4:00 – 11:00 pm: Food Booths Open
 
5:00 – 10:00 pm: Batavia Teen Center Plinko - You’ve seen it on the “Price is Right” and now you can play it at Windmill City Festival! Challenge your friends, win prizes and have a blast! $5 for 3 chances. All proceeds benefit the Batavia Teen Center.
 
7:00 pm: Windmill Whirl 5K Run - The Tri-Cities are a runner`s dream. Tackle the Fox River Trail, which follows the very edge of the historic and beautiful Fox River. You`ll fall in love with the race course! Awards will be given to the 3 overall males and females and the top 3 in each age division. All participants will receive a trophy. Race begins at 7:00 p.m. (Race day registration begins at 6:00 p.m.) The first 150 registered participants will be guaranteed a t-shirt. Sorry, strollers and dogs are not allowed. Fee: $20 if received by 12:00 p.m. on July 2 or $25 on day of the race. Location: City Hall Plaza
 
Friday’s Musical Entertainment on the Main Stage
 
6:00 – 8:00 pm: Michael Heaton Band - Michael Heaton’s songs emerge from classic American traditions – rock, country and pop. But Heaton accomplishes what few songwriters and performers do; he makes the tried and true feel new again. A self-described “country guy that can play the Who,” Heaton bridges the energy and passion of the best rock n’ roll.
 
9:00 – 11:00 pm: Dot, Dot, Dot – Chicago`s hottest band hands down! The band was chosen by thousands from Fox’s "The Next Great American Band” in 2007. Performing songs from their TV appearances, past and present hits and their own original material, Dot Dot Dot releases each song with such intensity and commitment, you would think they had written every song they present. The demand for Dot Dot Dot has become so great that they are now performing across the nation.

Wilson St. and the Eastside Community Center, 14 N. Van Buren St.
